This man saved my life....after 5 years of being in pain and all docs just giving me pain meds I had degenerative disc disease and dr kornblatt did a spinal fusion in 2008 and my life has been better ever since....he was so caring and compassionate....I wish he could fix my wrist but I dont live in Illinois anymore....I will never forget when he told me he could fix me I cried he was and is my hero....april mallory...
