Dr. Michael Josephs was exceptional. My daughter underwent an umbilical hernia repair, and from the initial appointment, he displayed remarkable responsiveness to our inquiries. We appreciated his empathetic approach. Both he and his team were incredibly kind to my daughter, creating a reassuring environment that made the surgical experience easier than anticipated.
Dr. Josephs performed my infant daughter's gtube surgery. He seemed professional, efficient and the surgical site healed nicely with no complications. However, follow up visits were uncomfortable because he is abrupt & spoke to me in a condescending manner. He makes it clear that he has policies to abide by and I got the distinct impression that the personal needs of my daughter were not being considered, on account of him defaulting to 'policy'. We went to see Dr. Josephs because my 15 yo son's foot had a lump with pain and numbness. I felt Dr. Josephs was condescending and rude during the visit. He said, "So your foot is numb? That means you can't feel it at all, that means I can hit it with a hammer and you won't feel it at all, so is it numb or not". There are varying degrees of numbness.
