I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it.
