Second opinion, What? Dr. Michael Cragel had performed surg. on my left foot many years ago, and I had good results. So when having pain in the same foot again, I chose him for a second opinion. I took him a cd of my xrays. I told him Dr. North said I had an old fracture in my ankle causing pain and swelling. Dr. Cragel said "Are you here for a quick fix, because I can't help you.
