I was very disappointed with my experience. It was my first visit, and I had made an appointment specifically with Dr. Adams, but when I arrived, I was surprised to find that I was seeing a different doctor, which they hadn’t mentioned beforehand. Additionally, the staff was very rude and exhibited unprofessional behavior, particularly the X-ray technician. I arrived about 50 minutes before my appointment. After receiving the steroid injection in my shoulder, my condition worsened significantly, and the pain became far more intense. The risks were not fully discussed with me beforehand. I expected better communication and support. My other shoulder, which was not injected, has gotten much better on its own after my work situation changed.
I would give 0 stars if available. Terrible communicator. Completely unclear on risks and potential outcomes. Went in for unrelated surgery and doctor recommended preventative procedure for something that was not even a current issue. Doctor never discussed potential negative outcomes. Unfortunately, I trusted the doctor's advice and I will pay the penalty for the rest of my life. Permanent nerve and muscle damage for NO REASON. Dr Adamz has helped me recently w a frozen shoulder, great job .. what else, him n Mark n P.T.!!! For 40 + yrz he has worked on our family n friendz n never anything but the best!!! Now, I'm going back for my knees, know left one has torn meniscus, surgery again!! Neurosurgeon just did a ACDF on low front rt side my neck!! Two monthz back, get knees fixed, then my low back will be done!!! My pain mgmt n these guyz are trying to giving me some real life back ~~~ AND, I couldn't be more grateful!!!
