Very kind, courteous and professional staff. Dr Adams fully explained to me my condition and what my options are. I'm putting my full confidence in him in getting the help I need with knee surgeries going forward.
Dr Adams is always thorough. He gives great feed back which shows he actually cares. I had previously had surgery on my left knee and after follow-up visits to me doctor I was not allowed to see him and told by his P.A. he only see new patience. Although I see Dr. Adams P.A. I do get a chance to see Dr. Adams more than his P.A. I would highly recommend Dr. Adams if you want a doctor who really cares and it’s not about the money.
This was my second visit with Dr. Adams and I can say that he once again explained how I can be treated giving me options. However, I am not ready for any of the options and he listened to me. The staff from the front desk to the Nurse and his assistant are all great. The facility is clean.
Dr. Adams is awesome! My entire family has been seeing him for several years now. He's done surgery on my wife 3 times, awesome job every time. I give him 5 stars. The front desk lady(not the older lady) is TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & RUDE. She gets a 0 rating. She shouldn't be a staff member. I wish it was way that I can only rate her and it not affects Dr. Adams or the other staff members....so the 1 star ISN'T for him or his service it's for the front desk lady.
