Everything was handled and done in a professional manner.Everyone is very friendly.
I have seen Dr. Coy for the past 3 years or more. My original review and opinion hasn't changed. Dr. Coy is a Great, down-to-Earth doctor. He makes you important by really listening to you. He doesn't rush you; even when I know he's busy. And he's very polite and considerate. He cares. The staff are consistently pleasant ...always smiling.
Formerly a patient of Dr. Bui for years however I could no longer accept the fact that if I needed to schedule to be seen, I had to already expect to be seen by Dr Bui 3 months out. That was considered the norm so I decided to move to Dr. Coy since he had better availability. Now 3 years in to seeing Dr. Coy, I call yesterday to schedule a follow up for my results of blood work ordered and the soonest I can be seen is in November. 4 months out and I was told its not ok for me to see Dr Bui who had availability in August (off... read more
Dr. Coy is an exceptional primary care physician. His compassion and patience truly set him apart. He takes the time to listen without rushing, always making me feel heard and cared for. I never feel like just another patient—he genuinely wants the best for my health and well-being. I’m incredibly grateful to have him as my doctor.
