Dr. Michael Conti Mica and his staff are excellent. As someone who works in the medical industry, I was truly impressed by the level of customer service, empathy, and attentiveness I received. The entire team genuinely listened to my concerns and took immediate action to address my needs.
Dr Mica Conti provided excellent consultation and well- performed proper consequential surgery to my complete satisfaction. Subsequent surgery recovery was quick and is going great 3 weeks later. No issues beyond the expected.
Expect a 30 minute to 2 hour wait for follow up appointments after surgery because multiple doctors share the office and they can't schedule their space to keep scheduled follow up appointments. But, it's easy to schedule appointments. My appointments before surgery were nearly on time. I received conflicting information from the doctor and PA.
