Michael is very easy to work with and responsive. Managed to get the apartment even if I was just coordinating online. Never had problem throughout 3 years. Couldnt recommend him enough if you need broker.
My partner and I scheduled a tour to see an apartment by reaching out on StreetEasy and he confirmed the time via email. He never showed up and we never heard from him again. That’s very disrespectful of our time.
