After seeing Dr. Cohen initially I was very impressed. However, when in need of follow up with the treatment plan not helping and requesting a call from him, I was never given a call back. His PA said he would get back to me the following Monday and that was 4 weeks ago.
You do not want to use Dr. Cohen's practice! They are extremely unprofessional I was ordered a Stool Specimen which was dropped off almost 2 Weeks so! I made minimum of 6 calls, no return call, nothing! I originally saw his Practitioner Brenda Duarte to discuss my problem. After her advice and what she told me to do, I called and said I'm still having a problem. That is when I was told to go to the Lab and pick up what was needed for the Culture! Dropped it off next day. 2 Weeks, phone calls, messages left, no response!
