How could a professional stylist (Michelle) let me walk out of her chair with uneven spots from a botched highlight job? I have tiger stripes all over my hair it looks atrocious. I’m not sure if this was her first time doing highlights even though she has been employed by the salon for over 20 years. She was not friendly at all and was super rough during the shampoo and nearly broke my earring. It's all around totally unacceptable.
