If I could give this office zero stars, I would. They are so unprofessional and rude. Treated my 13 year old daughter horribly because she was nervous for her surgery and basically told her she had no reason to be nervous. But then also told her there was a chance she would be disfigured and require plastic surgery later. Why would you say this to a 13 year old girl who is already nervous, hormonal and unsure of all the changes happening in her body? I had paid for her surgery up front.
