Dr. Chiu initially provided exceptional care when I first started seeing him in Irving, Texas, around 2008. He was a thorough and attentive primary care physician who took the time to understand his patients' needs. Initial appointments were several hours and he did an detailed intake with EKG and patient history. However, after he transitioned to UT Southwestern, I noticed a significant decline in the quality of care.
