I thought Dr. Chiang was fabulous!! I had surgery as a teenager for a lazy eye. I am now 50's and my eye seems to be slightly turning out. I had an appointment with Dr. Chiang in March of 2014 and he did all sorts of eye test using prisms, so many, it was really interesting. He performed his surgery on me and I couldn't be happier!!
