I really like the people in the office. The Medical Assistant escorts you to the exam room, asks you questions sbout the reasons for your visit, and annotates the file with your responses. She is very friendly, and she makes you feel comfortable. When Dr Chen comes into the exam room, he already has read the MA’s notes.
