Excelente medico y atencion
I saw Sherrie Mayo the PA at Dr. Caglia's office today. She was Amazing...very friendly, thorough & makes you feel at ease. The Medical Assistants were great too...Maddy & Lisa. Front office ladies nice too...Bianca & Julie. I saw Dr. Caglia two years ago & really liked him too. I recommend this practice !
Very unsatisfied. I showed up early (30minutes) to my appointment with paper work already filled out. My appointment was at 10am. Mind you I showed up at 9:30am. It is now 10:40am and everyone who has showed up after 10am has already been seen. Still waiting. It’s a shame when a patient values their appointment time more than the doctor. Asked the staff how much longer it will be and they said I’m next but have already taken more patients back.
