Dr. Wu gets it right, and remains so cheerful it rubs off to his whole staff! He looked at my numbers and deduced I had a small internal hemorage. It took 6 years of endoscopies, colonoscopies, and pill camera oscopies to finally find a rare Cameron lesion. I got through it all because Dr Wu and his great staff, treated me with iron infusions when my blood tests showed I needed it. His group routinely saves lives with compassion and efficiency, I feel lucky to have them!!
Continual issues with referrals, I find myself all alone navigating my cancer. My care is not being adequately managed. It appears he may not be experienced in dealing with my type of cancer. Maybe he’s good for others, just hasn’t worked for me.
Doctor Wu was my father's oncologist. The care my father received from Dr. Michael Wu and staff was always exceptional. As someone who deals with the diagnosis of cancer patients and their care it can't be easy to keep a positive attitude as he always did with us. Spending time to answer any and all questions we had about dad's options. He was upfront about the diagnosis / prognosis and I feel he gave my father the best care. Our family felt fortunate that he was our fathers doctor.
Dr. Wu carefully explains treatment options. He listens patiently and attentively to patients and thoroughly responds to concerns and questions. He treats patients as individuals and with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu to anyone going through the difficulties of a cancer diagnosis.
