Excellent Service and professional staff
Dr Neal has been my primary care doctors for over twenty years.She has been great. The last two years have been terrible as far as the staff.I have to bring in all my information time after time knowing that I am going to have to spend the next day straightening all my insurance prescriptions out myself.The only thing they are consistent on is sending prescriptions to wrong place or not at all.The last time they even lied about it.I am 65 and am not a complainer.But this staff has made me have to do it.
I was prescribed a medication by Dr. Burns for lowering blood pressure which was no longer used by medical community (at least since 2003) for that and made me feel sick, my heart was not working right. Cannot believe such a simple problem with tons of medications available was not solved! Her nurse was also not a good one. They both did not send to a provider the UTI medication, and made me suffer with no reason.
I have been seeing her for years. She listens tentatively. She is not pushy. I highly recommend her.
I'm 60 years old and I have never found a more dedicated, brilliant, humorous and humble doctor than D. Michael C. Wallace. For years he has given me his expert advice and has followed his instincts and his gut, and each time he has been spot on. I thank him and his staff for their consistent care and service.
