They were friendly enough, but I had to wait over an hour before the doctor saw me. I was given a prescription for eye glasses and I wanted to get them filled online, but I can't because the PD (pupillary distance) wasn't on the script. So I called the office and was put on hold, only to have the receptionist tell me it was not in my records and that I could come back in any time for them to do this.
