Absolutely nothing but great things to say from start to finish. I went to Dr. Neuenschwander for trouble breathing due to a deviated septum and a few other concerns from a prior surgery I had done by a different ENT office. He was very understanding, knowledgeable, and straight to the point which I appreciate. I ended up having surgery early January and I am so amazed how quickly I was able to breathe better and how well he was able to correct the other issues I was having. Dr. Neuenschwander (Dr. “N”) has operated on me twice for skin cancers under general anesthesia. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews as my experiences were anything but negative. I went back for the second surgery because of the excellent results I received from the first surgery. I like Dr. N’s professionalism and personality. I didn’t go to him to socialize. Dr. N refused to see my son because my wife was 5 minutes late to the appointment. The company he works for has a policy where they state patients have a 15 minute "grace period" but Dr. N has a different policy. He only allows you to be 10 minutes late. Why he refused to see my son is beyond me. When I asked his team about him staying late they told me he was not able to do that... To say the least I am furious. Dr. N entered the exam room, apparently having already determined I did not need to be there. He informed me he was not a GP and gave the distinct impression I was wasting his extremely valuable time. He then proceeded to suggest I have some extensive bloodwork done, based on what I have no clue, which I told him I had had done previously, and if he had deigned to read my file, he may have seen it.
