Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here
