Dr. Knierim runs a very professional dental practice. He is very thorough, caring, answers questions patiently, and has a great sense of humor. His assistant Linda who also attends to the front desk is very friendly, competent, and courteous, and makes patient care her top priority. Together they make dental care a very personal and pleasant experience.
Not only did I get a same day appointment when I thought I had a serious tooth problem (turns out it was not), but it was even on a Saturday. To boot, Dr. Knierim and Linda are extremely friendly and accommodating, even though my 4 year old was acting up some because she was bored. They are super patient and professional. The service exceeded my expectations. Dr. Knierim was gentle, thorough, and time efficient. My teeth whitened up multiple shades with just a cleaning. Would highly recommend this practice.
