Treatment (1 visit) went fine but would not refill medication??? Big gripe is with the back office / billing dept. Still getting invoices almost a year later after visit and several phone conversations to resolve a simple address mistake on insurance submission. No attention to detail at this practice and a giant waste of time and effort. Original appointment Nov 2023, now late Oct 2024. Still not resolved...
I was referred to this clinic by my neurosurgeon for unresolved back pain post injury. Dr Goel was friendly, assuring, knowledgeable and caring. We tried a non-narcotic medication and had wonderful relief of my pain. I would highly recommend this practice. The staff are amazing as well!
