I got both my knees replaced by Dr Holmstrom. I had an infection immediately following my second knee replacement which I addressed with his assistant. The assistant replied, ”So it’s red and hurts, so.” I was in the hospital for 3 days with the infection and it was Not addressed. When I reached the care facility they told me that if you have an infection in the wound after surgery, it looks bad on their part so that is why they didn’t address it. Dr. Holmstrom takes the time to answer patients' questions and explains things clearly. He is a top-notch professional. His friendly nature makes it easy to work with him. The PT team at TOSH is excellent as well.
I've read everybody's posts and I just went to my 6-month review here's pictures and photos because I think they speak volumes i remove the bandages the first day I came home just a peek underneath advantages and it was pulled with blood and ripped. Recently I watched my grandmother and my father go through knee surgeries that went smoothly and their knees look great i was black and blue from my toes to my waist which I did not see haven't either of them i do not think my surgery went correct the staff there is really great ... read more
Dr Holmstrom and his staff did a great job of getting me in on time, and explaining the options. I will see them in the future for my knee problems.
