The job was in a roofing job with a change in roofline over part of the home. It was in North Syracuse, May 2026. Everyone that we dealt with were consummate professionals. Before the meeting Mr. Graham pulled satellite maps and house plans from village codes to prepare, so he knew the square footage and relevant property details. At every stage of the process they were always on time, with the meeting, the estimate, and the given work start date. We had our roof on the house replaced as well as facia and soffits on our garage. Jena (Our project manager) called the day before to let us know what time they would be here and actually the entire crew showed up approximately 1/2 hr early. They went right to work and completed all the work within one day. (How often can you get that kind of service).
