Absolutely shocking company
I am now having to return a ring THREE TIMES to this company. The latest replacement ring i received is the exact one I sent back to them two weeks ago, I know because the center stone is crooked just like it was before. They do not read my return label requests, they did not understand my reason for return, and did nothing to process my exchange until I called them. Im done dealing with this company and would rather go WITHOUT than request another item from their catalog.
Received a ring for a my 25 anniversary. I wore it about 15 times and it broke. So excited to find out it had a life time warranty so I shipped it back. They called and I found out the break is from "wear and tear" and warrant doesn't cover it. For $50 they will fix. Why fix a ring that will break on limited use? What good is a "Life Time Warranty"? Not good.
I've just received my 5 year anniversary gift from my company, and I must say... I'm impressed. Beautifully done London blue topaz ring, Gorgeous.,thank you for being a part of my celebration.
