Everyone was polite. Dr. Michael Brown was very knowledgeable re explaining the results of the recent ct scan.
I am so disappointed with my experience with Dr. Brown. My first appointment was in person and my mom also had an appointment with Dr. Brown. He lacked empathy, compassion, and basic human decency when speaking with my mother. And with my appointment, he took one part of what I said and based all other conclusions off of that.
