If I can give them 0 stars I would, if you have a love one living in a unit managed by MBR please note that you have to be on top of them for everything. From multiple failed inspections die to safety concerns, to having to wait a year to place a working a.c. We even had to threaten them with calling the state cause still in December they chose not to address the no heat issue.
Worst ! Most unprofessional management company . Nothing gets done in their hands. Lies & false promises
I had a terrible experience with Michael Brower Realty at a property they manage in Hackensack, NJ. While assisting a disabled family member, I was harassed by the building superintendent WHILE DOING LAUNDRY who falsely accused me of spitting on him and verbally abused us. When I reported this to management, they did nothing and even supported the superintendent’s behavior. Sonia is the most unprofessional agent I know. Within the last year both the Highlander in Wood ridge and 70 Polifly in Hackensack were taken away from because they were sold. She refused in both cases to disclose to neither the tenants or the new managing company any information creating much confusion and fees for all ! I would not use her , manager and own er of Micheal brower realty if she was the only agent on earth . Unprofessional period!
