Michael K. Brosman-- horribel dr ABSOLUTLEY hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a doctor and his office staff. My eye exam was January 20th and its now February 11th and I still do not have contacts. I just today got my Rx which was WRONG after calling multiple times. Incredibly frustrating to not get returned calls or updates. It should not take nearly a month to get a contact lens prescription. I would never ever suggest this office to anyone. TERRIBLE experience, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Dr. Brosman is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could be seen by Dr. Brosman. When I called to schedule my appt. Dr. Brosman picked up his own phone and scheduled me. He asked me a ton of questions that I would never know the answer to, like when I told him I had astigmatism he said "do you know what your astigmatism rating number is" or something like that. I don' t know, why don't you just find out when you examine me??
