If I could give a zero I would, I am so disappointed that after being with this office from 2018, I am told that I cannot get my prescription refilled without a visit and that the visit will not be for three months and then I’ll have to contact my primary care in order to get the medicine that I literally rely on daily. They did not even try to set up a virtual or allow me to go get my blood drawn or give me a short term supply and then set up something in the office. Whomever you have there answering calls and "helping patients" is probably the most unpleasant and rude person I've had to interact with in the process of scheduling an appointment (which came as a referral). After my third interaction and attempt to schedule based on information that this person gave me, I will not be calling back. I'm sure that this won't really affect your business any given how difficult it is to see this type of specialist, but maybe it'll give your offices a chance to reconsider your personnel decision... read more
Called to connect and set up an appointment with Dr. Brennan upon tje suggestion of my doctor. Receptionist was utterly unhelpful amd seemed to lack any professional attributes. She also mentioned that the Dr doesn't review nor return calls. Queer thing to tell a possible new patient. There certainly won't be one here.
