great guy, really cares for his patients.
Whomever you have there answering calls and "helping patients" is probably the most unpleasant and rude person I've had to interact with in the process of scheduling an appointment (which came as a referral). After my third interaction and attempt to schedule based on information that this person gave me, I will not be calling back. I'm sure that this won't really affect your business any given how difficult it is to see this type of specialist, but maybe it'll give your offices a chance to reconsider your personnel decision... read more
Called to connect and set up an appointment with Dr. Brennan upon tje suggestion of my doctor. Receptionist was utterly unhelpful amd seemed to lack any professional attributes. She also mentioned that the Dr doesn't review nor return calls. Queer thing to tell a possible new patient. There certainly won't be one here.
The Dr office does not return phone call I have I am out of my med again. There is no way to talk to a real person just a recording and your told to leave a message that is never returned. I started calling 3 week ago received a call back that the PA would call me back. Never happened I wouldn't recommend this Dr because of his staff.
I see doctor Nichole she is great she understands everything you say she has a lot of experience an is very good
