I read the reviews before I had my appt with Dr. Branch. I was very nervous, after reading these reviews. I discuss Dr Branch reviews with my husband. I told my husband I was really nervous seeing him after reading these, unpleasant reviews. My husband said to me: you cant go by everyone else reviews, you have to see for yourself. Sometimes, its the ppl and not the Dr. I said: well if hes rude to me, Im just gonna walk out because, I dont have time for a Dr. to be rude, after Im paying my money to see him. Dr. Branch was terribly aggressive and assuming during the entire appointment. He was rushing everything when there wasn’t another patient in sight in the lobby. The care team didn’t measure my blood pressure or take my weight like every other Dr. appointment I’ve ever had. It felt like they were upset I was even there.
Please find another ent. They are not friendly. Left upset.
The Worst Doctor I have ever gone to. Rude ,condescending and very unprofessional. Waste $45.
Dr. Branch is the best ENT Doctor in Florida, I am truly lucky that I found him and took my mom to his clinic. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind & compassionate. My mom has been suffering for months because of her infection & pain, and nobody was able to efficiently diagnose and treat her. She was so scared to lose her hearing because the problem persisted for long time and she couldn't sleep with the noise in her ear and pain.
