I moved to Southern California 2 years ago and Michael Boyd was referred to me by a relative. Even before I relocated he would send me listings of properties in my price range, after I relocated he would take me to locations of interest. When I did find the property I wanted to purchase, he submitted the offer and I moved in 10 days later. He guided me through all of the paperwork involved with the purchase, and was onsite for all of the inspections. He knows the area, is very prompt and a pleasure to work with.
I have been wroking with Michael since 2002, First with a rental condo and then with the purchase of our home. My two children have also used Michael in their real estate deals. Very easy to work with and very accomodating on special needs. A very professional gentleman.
