Bonsby HVAC made an initial visit for a semi-annual inspection of my two heat pumps. They emailed a bill which I promptly paid thru my ************ (CU) Bill *** System. The ** noted payment on 18AUG25. Bonsby sent an email on 21AUG25 claiming I was past due. My Bonsby account showed payment received then inexplicably showing NSF Check. Multiple phone calls and "we'll get back to you" went no where. Situation remains unresolved.

Michael Bonsby, HVAC is an overrated company that doesn't know how to fix electrical problems and charges way too much for "troubleshooting." I called them in March to fix an electrical switch problem. They came out and spend 2 hours trying to figure out the problem of my 2 & 3 way switches. They charged me $250 per hour for a total of $500, and could not "troubleshoot" the problem. They are a price gouging company. They came up with their own price book based on taxes and other items and not the industry standard. Wanting to charge $379.00 for a filter replacement in a humidifier that costs $30.00 @ ********** and then invoicing something completely different. The technician said we could do it ourselves. What kind of bs is that.$509.00 to clean a blower in a gas furnace that other companies charge $250.00 To $325.00 it took him all of 45 minutes to get it done.. The team from Michael B***** Heating & Air was punctual, skilled and professional. They treated my home respectfully and delivered a top notch install, even leaving my basement cleaner than they found it. Pricing was great, but felt like a real bargain in light of the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Michael Bonsby for any and all of your HVAC needs!

I had an issue with the HVAC warranty + a set of parts that malfunctioned that the manufacturer typically doesn't hold on stock. Michael B***** stepped up and took care of it - to my full satisfaction.
