Usually I have a good experience but not today waited over an hour. They gave me a 10:30 appointment, called me back on time at 10:30 am. Lobby was full. I left at 11:41 am no one in the lobby. Maybe they should have scheduled me at 11:30, the time the doctor actually saw me. Not happy at all. Maybe we’re all having a moment. Doctor was attentive when he finally came, but not okay with the way my time was treated!!!
IMPORTANT WARNING Be careful what you wish for. I thought this particular doctor was amazing and truly cared about my overall well-being. Boy was I wrong! He literally used me as a “cash cow” to bill my insurance for injections knowing darn well they weren’t going to work. I needed back surgery and he knew that, but instead chose to go the money making route. Seems to believe whole heartedly in CDC guidelines & not so much in treating people as individuals. He seems nice enough, but that's not my biggest concern. Wait time was ridiculous (approx 45 mins)seeing as there was no one else in the office. Staff was nice too.
Have been a patient at Michigan sport and spine for 17 years out of those 17 years Dr Bonnette was the top #1 doctor I have seen from Michigan Sports and Spine. He will take you by the hand and explain to you step by step. I can actually sit there and tell him what is wrong with me and he will get to the bottom of it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pain management doctor. Thank you Dr. Bonnett for your service
