My experience with Dr. Boedefeld was excellent, as he listened to my questions and concerns pertaining to his recommended treatment modality. His staff was easy to communicate with, making scheduling smooth and timely. I would highly recommend this Doctor for your pain management!
See anyone else! Charged$644 for a 10 min office visit. Had not reviewed the records that were sent to him. Did not listen to me when I told him I my pain was iny glute tendon. He ordered MRIs of my lumbar spine and pelvis which I had done. $4000 pelvic image denied by ins because he noted the image was for back pain.l mentioned back pain. His office called to schedule me for a spinal injection. The report said I had a torn gluteal tendon. I asked didn't he read the pelvic report. Was told no he just looked at the spine repo... read more
Dr Boedefeld's Front Desk staff HAS BAD attitude. I will not tolerate disrespect. Thus, Dr Boedefeld will not have me as a patient. Losing business due to your front desk staff being rude and disrespectful to anyone should not be tolerated.
