Called 30 mins before my sons appointment to let them know I was running a little late if I could push appointment back 15 mins got there 15 mins late like I told them and they said they can’t see him now til 2:15 4 hours later only had one parent and kid in lobby so glad I wasted my day dealing with this place
Given the previous reviews i say they do take them seriously. They have improved (not that I have ever experienced anything other than exceptional treatment) My two sons have been seeing Dr. Bishop since birth. Yes the wait time is long to speak to the nurse but please understand they are other humans waiting to talk to them about there little humans and besides there work load.
