Dr Binner took a great deal of time working with my brother on his medical issues! It was an excellent first visit! We are excited about continuing our work with him to support my brother! We live over an hour away! But well worth the time!
Was ok with driving an hour to office. Was ok waiting an hour to see doctor. Was not ok speaking to the most arrogant, dismissive, condescending, visibly annoyed " caregiver" that I have ever met. Absolutely no empathy, no bedside manner. Then he gets up and leaves the room. I sat looking at my wife as if to say what just happened? To add to experience, they were supposed to send a referral to another doctor, but sent it to the wrong location. Absolutely unacceptable.
Dr Binner is a supreme professional! It's very much pleasure to be treated by him.
My checkup was thorough and informative. Dr Binner took the time to answer every question. I would highly recommend him. Rodger
