If you were to create the perfect real estate agent from a recipe Michael has it all. Negotiating, knowledge, experience and communication. It will be tough or near impossible to find a better professional in the field of real estate.
Michael was fabulous! He prepared fair and accurate comps for us before listing our home so that we did not have any unrealistic expectations. He was also proactive with providing feedback and suggestions as to when we might want to consider lowering the asking price of our home and with all negotiations throughout the process.
