Thank God this man is retiring. He was extremely passive and rude when it came time for my appointment. He completely disregarded my symptoms and complaints. I would not recommend him but luckily he’s leaving the practice so I don’t have to.
I’ve been to Dr. Bays multiple times and he performed my endoscope. Dr. Bays and his staff were professional, courteous with their time, and I felt confident in their hands. I noticed there were some mixed reviews of the main office - I don’t think that’s a reflection of the excellent medical staff.
