Michael was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable for my real estate purchase. He helped walk through the different steps and really advocated to get the best loan program through the best offered deals. He also gave suggestions for options post closing on refinancing and application to reducing tax burdens (homesteading). Would recommend Michael for others and would use again in the future.
