I have seen Dr. Wells several times for macular degeneration checkups. He answers all of my questions kindly and helpfully . His staff is efficient and also knowledgable. I will recommend Dr. Wells to my friends.
A very rude Dr. After diluting my eyes and waiting for one hour they asked me to change the room. I asked how long I should wait and they said we have few more ahead of you. I got surprised and the doctor said you have to wait 2 more hours...... this rude dr thinks who he is that can waste 3 hours of the people?????
I want to say that the staff here at his office is outstanding. They are friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, and very compassionate. I've had 49 surgeries and considered the doctors I've personally dealt with my whole top notch but this staff out ranks them even. My husband had to have emergency surgery and they were amazingly wonderful. Very easy to talk to and made our stay here at OSU beyond fabulous. Thank you all for your support and all that you do.
