He was an on-call doctor and was incredibly rude to me. He seemed bothered by my questions and didn’t follow through with what he said he would do. Would not recommend to anyone.
Dr Miller was the on call doctor I received when I had a late evening UTI. He was unsympathetic, rude and took zero time to listen. He actually became angry very quickly and ended up hanging up on me. I could never in good conscience recommend him and many of the reviews on this site confirm that he is not a good or caring MD.
If you only need basic health needs Dr Miller is sufficient. If you have any needs that require specialty he will refer you and is not knowledgeable about anything but basic health. Takes about 3 months to get office visit. He is not a Dr I would choose again.
Dr. (Name) is great. He has been very attentive to my health issues. I have had complicated health problems and he has addressed them all. He is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for him.
He & his staff are extremely competent. Prescriptions are refilled quickly, usually 2-3 days. He deals with health issues through other avenues first, like diet (for high cholesterol or high blood glucose) or by increasing a meds you are already taking instead of adding a new one. They LISTEN to you & ANSWER any questions you have. They follow up lab work with a phone call. I never feel rushed in their office. The most compassionate physician I've ever had.. he listens and understands.
when my son had an urgent eye infection, the office told him to go to urgent care as they could not give him an appointment for over a week. Dr. Miller continues to push Metformin even after my Endo MD agreed it is not appropriate for me. He continues to push SSRI's for situational anxiety, after being told of past experiences with anti-depressants and counseling. He was not empathetic nor respectful when he talks down to you. The office and receptionists are great, the providers are not.
If you require prescription refills in a timely manner, this is the last place you should go.
The office overall is much more efficient than my previous doctor which is great. Dr. Miller is direct, competent, and thorough.. I am entirely satisfied with the practice and recommend him to others.
