I had a Total Hip Replacement surgery performed by Dr. Gaffney at St. Margarets UPMC on 11/04/25. The total experience from parking, pre-op to post op was exceptional and a lot of fun. All the staff interacted with our sense of humor in a fun, up-lifting environment. Dr. Michael Gaffney is a sincere, caring and polite surgeon. I highly recommend St. Margaret's and Dr. Gaffney

Mom has seen Dr Gaffney for more than 5 years now. I had never met , until today. He was amazing. Since my sister has passed mom has been affected with some dementia. He was so kind, patient and thoughtful! She had been adamant, no shots! He talked and explained to her what she needed. He put her totally at ease!!! Thank you
