I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The office was easy enough to find. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing
The office and staff are wonderful. You can tell that the Dr. is actually listening to you when voicing your concerns and never feel like you are being rushed out. The nurses are wonderfully helpful on the phone and they provide the most prompt results to lab tests that I have ever experienced.
