I went to Dr. Zacchilli for a second opinion, due to issues months after meniscus surgery. He thoroughly explains what he'll explore and what methods he may use to treat my knee. He even called me directly after I called the office, requesting an anti inflammatory. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him. Most doctors have little to no time for their patients. What's most important to me is he cares. Too many doctors just going through the motions. Two thumbs up for Dr. Zacchilli!!!
Dr. Zacchilli came to see my son a day after his accident late at night in a different hospital than he was working in. From the moment we dealt with him, he was knowledgeable, thorough , caring and compassionate. We followed up in his Manhattan office and my son eventually had knee surgery. We had several opinions before surgery and all agreed with Dr. Zachchilli, so we knew he was the one to use! He answered every question and never made us feel rushed which is rare with doctors.
