Ayumi absolutely knocked it out of the park with my balayage and haircut! I have long, thick hair that had been poorly dyed at another salon, leaving me with brassy, uneven highlights. I wanted an ashy, lived-in color, and she completely delivered. Ayumi really took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked detailed questions to make sure she understood my vision. The end result is exactly what I hoped for — I’m extremely happy with how my hair turned out!
