Michael is one of the best Real Estate Agents I have ever worked with. What seemed like a pretty straight forward deal ended up with twists and turns like who done it plot. My title company and mortgage were involved in a battle of the blame game and thanks to Michael all got worked out. I should state that I was the buyer and Michael was like a junk yard dog working to get me the best deal. I should also mention that we were on the clock and needed to close quickly. We had an excellent experience with Michael. My wife’s mom passed away and we needed to get her Florida condo on the market. Michael took care of all of the details. There was an issue with a window that required us to set up an escrow account and again, Michael took care of the details. He even called to let me know that he was looking into the escrow to make sure we were getting the money back if the window ended up being a non issue. I would highly recommend Michael.
