very unprofessional lazy and rude wouldn't let them change a wiper blade hands down worse auto lab in the down river area!!
RecommendedI have a 2002 Tbird, it started leaking power steering fluid. I took it to 2 different Ford dealers, after getting the run around from both dealerships, I took it to Michael and Sons. Problem solved , no hassle, no runaround, no problem. Extremely satisfied with service and price. Highly recommended
They over charge me on a part i supplied them... it was supposed to be labor only... Double charged...and That didn't fix the issue for which i came to them in the 1st place... Very rude Son

crazy high Mark up on parts. $16 for a can of brake cleaner to clean parts that they replaced anyways. $180 for a water pump I could buy for $50. $90 "check fee" added after the fact to give estimate. shop fees, high labor costs just add to cost. what other shops would charge 350-400 to repair, they got me for $644!!! Buyer beware
