City of Hope is such a friendly, serene and positive environment for such a serious matter. "There is no profit in curing the body if in the process we are destroying the soul" a credo coined by Samuel H. Golter, one of City of Hope's early leaders, is brought to life in the beautiful rose garden, the extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff and artful structures. It truly feels they go beyond the extra mile to treat the body and revive the soul.
Every single person from the lady at 1st floor information to 3rd floor have horrible manners. I thought this was a place where compassion was key. Not only for the patients but for all and any loved one bringing someone here. I doubt people come to "hang out". So disappointed! Will be writing to management in detail.
