I recently had my new construction townhome inspected by Michael Allan & Associates Inc., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Michael was great- very thorough, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail and shared so many useful tips about home maintenance and safety. I learned a lot during the inspection and felt much more confident about my new home. Highly recommend!
OMGOSH! Mick’s competency and experience really changed my personal impression of home inspectors… I used to think it was a place for people who couldn’t make a living doing themselves the trades involved in constructing home. They would go to a school for home inspectors and get a diploma and can suddenly make a living criticizing those trades they couldn’t do themselves. Not Mick… He had the ability to spot and then relate (with a great demeanor as well) each of many things I should know about this home.and it was a crash ... read more
Michael was very thorough in his inspection and a pleasure to work with.
I was very pleased with Mik and highly recommend him if you need a home inspector. He was very thorough and explained to us as he went through the home. We were there the entire time and he listened to our concerns and addressed them. I would differently use him again.
We were very impressed with the level of attention to detail and thoroughness. He was easy to work with!
