We are in the process of purchasing an older home and hired Michael to do the home inspection on fairly short notice. I was present when he did the inspection and was totally impressed how knowledgeable and thorough he is. Besides inspecting and finding he also made suggestions about possible solutions. Very professional, very impressive!
