He took the time to explain everything in detail and shared so many useful tips about home maintenance and safety. OMGOSH! Mick’s competency and experience really changed my personal impression of home inspectors… I used to think it was a place for people who couldn’t make a living doing themselves the trades involved in constructing home. They would go to a school for home inspectors and get a diploma and can suddenly make a living criticizing those trades they couldn’t do themselves. Not Mick… He had the ability to spot and then relate (with a great demeanor as well) each of many things I should know about this home.and it was a crash ... read more
