This was our second inspection with the company. The first one definitely saved us from buying the wrong house. There were a lot of hidden details that they found. They are very thorough with there work and great attention to detail.
Michael exceeded all expectations with regard to this inspection. He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. The report process was a pleasure with very clear explanations, photographs and a means to keep all that information sorted and organized. Additionally, he was available for questions after the fact. I feel very confident that this is was done correctly. I recommend this company 150%.
