Very thorough and thoughtful. On time, personable, and did a thorough inspection. Was quick to get the report with photos as to make informed decisions.
Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Michael, my home inspector, was absolutely amazing—so thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and even used the inspection as an opportunity to teach me about my new home, which I really appreciated. We recently used Michael Allan & Associates to do a home inspection on a house we hope to buy. Heather made the appointment, and Michael (Mick) did the inspection. I was referred to this company by a realtor who has used them for 30+ years. They did a fantastic job. I got in touch with the company on Monday and we were having an inspection Tuesday morning, I couldn't ask for a more efficient timeline. Michael was punctual, professional, and knowledgable. Mick was very thorough, very informative, and made every effort to make sure we understood everything we were looking at. He gave reasonable, practical recommendations about how to keep an eye on any potential issues and keep costs down. I'm happy we called him.
