I'm new to the Charlotte area and searching for a new home. I found a Michael Alan home I was interested in and sublimated an application, it has been well over a week and I have yet to hear anything back in regards to my application status. I've called Mr Huffman's cell phone as well as the Michael Alan business line which seems to be just a mailbox and left numerous messages and have yet to be contacted. I expected a lot more especially since on all the voice mailboxes they pride themselves on responsiveness.
Mike was a blessing to work with during the sale of my home. He was referred to me by a family member, so I knew he was trustworthy. However, he turned out to be even more helpful than I expected. Mike was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. When there were hiccups in the process, he immediately addressed the problems and helped resolve them. If I ever need a real estate professional in the Charlotte area, I will not hesitate a moment in calling Mike Huffman.
This review is coming way over due. Mike worked with me selling my house and was great to work with. He also worked with me on buying a new house and was patient and took me around to see what I thought would fit me best. He was there to help through the whole process and negotiating the purchase of the new house. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future. Thanks for everything thing Mike as I am all settled into the new house after 6 months.
Mike and his team are simply the best! We were lucky enough to find Mike when moving to Charlotte a few years ago. We didn't have much of a budget at the time and Mike still treated us like we were buying a house worth millions! We're working with him now looking for a new house in the Charlotte area and selling our current home and we couldn't be happier! Mike's responsiveness is incredible and his attention to detail sets him apart. We'll never use another real estate agent!
